- Exchanges can be made for different sizes, colors, or different styles, subject to availability of stock.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags intact. You will not be entitled to an exchange if the returned items are to be found damaged.
- Please provide the original invoice/ online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
- We will not hold liability for goods until they reach the given address.

- Taxes or any other charges will be applicable for the exchange order as well.
- Once the inspection process is passed and the exchange is accepted, we will reach out to confirm the item you need in exchange.
- If the new item that you are requesting on an exchange has a higher sale price than the original purchase item, you will be requested to make an additional payment to cover the price difference. If the new item has a lower sale price, the balance amount will not be refunded.
- All exchanges will take up to 10 business days from the date of return to accommodate inspection time, product processing, and courier delivery time for items in stock. For the items on a pre-order basis, exchanges will take up to 14 business days.
- Please note that sale items are non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
